We will differentially determine the root cause of the dysfunction &/ or pain. We will define goals for rehabilitation together. You will be provided education and instruction on an appropriate home program.
Coaching
We offer 3 types of coaching:
1) integrative health coaching to work alongside you care team and provide you resources to help aid your healing
2) performance coaching for endurance athletes based around your training season
3) wellness and injury prevention coaching dedicated to assessing mobility and strength limitations to progress you towards your goals after physical therapy is completed.

With over 15 years in practice as a licensed physical therapist, Jen’s commitment to sports medicine is evident. She served as a volunteer medical provider for Team USA Paralympic and Olympic athletes. She is certified in bike fitting and loves programming athletes how to maximize their strength and power transfer into their sport. Jen attended college on a D11 swimming scholarship. She found cycling criterium and road racing in the women’s Pro/1/2 field after graduate school.
She is extremely passionate about solving health mysteries and puzzles. Patients routinely seek her out regarding inflammatory responses in the body which pertain to chronic illness and pain.
Jen is an active health and wellness advocate. She is a life-long athlete and excelled in competition until a biotoxin exposure (chronic illness) sidelined her from competition. Jen is motivated to share her knowledge, experience and resources with others.
